Dr Daniel Glazer
Consultant Clinical Psychologist

I am a Clinical Psychologist holding professional registration with the Health Care Professions Council and Chartered membership with the British Psychological Society. I am also an Accredited EMDR Practitioner registered with EMDR UK.

I have over 15 years experience providing psychological assessment, consultation and therapy with adults, children, couples and families. Alongside my private practice, I am Clinical Lead and a Consultant Clinical Psychologist at University College London Hospital. As part of this role, I specialise in working with trauma, grief, loss, anxiety and mood issues within the context of medical conditions such as cancer, diabetes & chronic pain.

I am trained in a range of psychological approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing (EMDR) and relational therapies. I am also very interested in existential psychotherapy having worked with people who are dying and those that are affected by mortality awareness.

I don’t believe in a one size fits all approach and I readily focus on each individual’s unique journey, context and ideas. To quote the grandfather of psychotherapy:

“I believe that a different therapy must be constructed for each patient because each has a unique story.” Irvin D. Yalom

I am registered with most major insurers including AXA PPP, Cigna, Vitality and Avivia. I welcome discussions in the first instance on what sort of support you might be looking for.

Dr Gail Sinitsky
Counselling Psychologist

I am a Counselling Psychologist, registered with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC). I have forever been passionate about nurturing the emotional and psychological well-being of children and young people. I have worked extensively in this field for almost 20 years, in various settings including charities, NHS CAMHS services, schools and private practice.

I provide therapy to children and teenagers who are experiencing a range of life challenges including anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, and relational difficulties. My therapeutic approach is integrative - this means that I draw on a number of therapy models including narrative therapy, solution-focussed therapy, systemic therapy, CBT, ACT, and NET for trauma - depending on the individual and their goals. I also often draw on creative modalities of arts, drama and play, depending on what will be most valuable for the child / young person.  I have a special interest in supporting children following experiences of trauma (e.g. abuse, domestic violence, divorce, bullying and more). I also have specialist interests in working with children whose worries feel overwhelming,  as well providing therapy to girls to build their self-esteem and sense of empowerment.

I am dedicated to ensuring that children and young people are provided the opportunities, spaces and skills to thrive. In my therapeutic work, I endeavour to build relationships in which the child / young person feels heard, valued and safe - this is the foundation of any progress that may then occur. In addition to my individual work, I have developed specialist resources for primary-age children and I also run therapy groups.
