Our therapeutic groups service is led by Dr Gail Sinitsky, who has a specialist passion for bringing children together by providing a therapeutic group space. These group spaces enable children and teenagers to feel valued, to develop meaningful connections, and to express and create without judgment - all of which lead to increased self-esteem and more advanced emotional and social regulation. Gail has designed and delivered groups for over 15 years in schools and in CAMHS clinics, and is excited about bringing these groups to the community. Our groups are made up of up to 6-8 children and we provide a range of arts and play materials, ensuring that our programmes are safe, interactive and effective. 

 

The Zen Den

The Zen Den is a therapeutic group for children in North London aimed at building self-esteem, strengthening social connectedness and developing emotional regulation. This is a calm and welcoming santuary, away from the demands of school and technology.
