We offer assessments and therapy to young adults in Finchley, North London and Central London. Young Adulthood is a transition period between the the age of 16 and 30 years old and a time of life whereby mental health difficulties are not always met by either Child or Adult services.
We are passionate about our work with young adults and are committed to providing evidence based, effective and individualised psychological interventions. We do this within a relaxed, informal and containing therapeutic setting with young adult adaptations to traditional approaches.
We are experienced in helping young people with a range of issues including:
– anxiety and depression
– managing emotions
– exam stress
-Body image concerns
– trauma (including PTSD)
– Relational difficulties
– Transitional anxiety from dependance to more independent life
– Life direction work
We will start by meeting for an initial consultation session. This will give us an opportunity to get to know you, find out more about what brings you to therapy, and make a plan.
Our initial consultations:
£100 per session (50 min).
