We provide evidence-based and individualised therapies to adults, children, young people, parents and families. We draw on a range of therapy models, including cognitive-behavioural psychodynamic, systemic, narrative, solution-focused, cognitive-behavioural therapies and EMDR. As well as the traditional medium of talking, we also use art, play, and drama techniques where appropriate.
We see clients for a variety of issues. Some of these issues include: low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, transitions, bereavement, bullying, issues relating to parenting, sibling/family relationship difficulties, and trauma-related difficulties. Sometimes, the person(s) doesn’t have a specific issue that is bothering them, but they feel they would benefit from having a confidential space to talk.
Whatever brings you to therapy, we aim to help you to explore and make sense of your difficulties, increase your sense of well-being, and bring about change.
Before we begin our work, we will meet with you for a consultation session. This will give us an opportunity to find out more about what brings you / your family to therapy, decide if we are the right place for you, and make a plan for the work. Contact us to arrange a consultation.
Our consultation and therapy sessions are £100 per session. Before we begin working together, we will provide you with our cancellation policy.
We are located very centrally in Fitzrovia/Bloomsbury within easy walking distance from Euston, Euston Square, Kings Cross and Warren Street Underground stations.
