Integrity and safety

We practice with honesty and responsibility. We adhere to confidentiality, information-sharing and safeguarding policies. Our psychologists are registered with the Health Care Professions Council, adhere to the British Psychological Society’s professional practice guidelines, and have up-to-date DBS/CRB checks. Our psychologists are committed to developing their practice and attend regular supervision and training.

Empathy and openness

Our relationships with our clients are integral to the work that we do. We work inclusively and we value our clients’ beliefs, meanings and experiences. We aim to develop relationships with our clients that are built on trust, openness and empathy.

Theory-practice framework

Our services are underpinned by relevant, up-to-date theory, research and policy.  We aim to ensure that Spring Psychology is effective in reaching its objectives and we evaluate our services with a variety of qualitative and quantitative measures. Above all, we always encourage feedback and ideas.
